Description
The Half-Sked is made from the same material as the Basic Sked but only half the length. The patient is secured in the half-sked with sewn- in two – inch webbing straps with Fastex -style double- adjustable buckles. The patients can be rescued from the tightest and most crooked rooms. Connected to this splint, the hip and knee joints can be flexibly adapted to the environment and bent, the better to salvage from the confined space. The Half-Sked should not be used as a hoist or hold-down device! For cost-effective recovery from the most challenging confined spaces, nothing beats!
